What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional nursing care to residents

Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise and support STNAs and LPNsRespond to changes in resident conditions and ensure quality outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Advocate for residents and provide compassionate, person-centered care

What We're Looking For:

Current Ohio RN license

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Compassionate and resident-focused approach

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
