What You'll Do:

Provide and oversee exceptional nursing care for residents

Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise and support STNAsRespond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Advocate for residents and their individual care needs

What We're Looking For:

Current Ohio LPN license

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
