The primary duties of an HVAC Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.

Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.

• Perform maintenance checks and services on residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various residential systems
• Conduct safety and performance tests, including checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every service call
• Collect payments and provide accurate, detailed information to homeowners
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system status after service is performed
• Maintain proper truck inventory levels
• Complete pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
