Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to support our client’s data center property management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, including accruals, expense payments, lease compliance, and related financial tasks.
  • Respond to customer requests and coordinate with the Property Management Team to resolve inquiries.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service agreement standards.
  • Document and track certificates of insurance from vendors and customers.
  • Maintain accurate and pertinent information for vendors and customers.
  • Prepare correspondence to customers and vendors.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Maintain all lease and property related files.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Open and distribute incoming mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and customer events.
  • Conduct site visits to check and stock clerical supplies.
Qualifications
  • Two to three years of similar experience, or recent college graduates with motivation to learn quickly and a professional demeanor.
  • At least three years of related administrative/office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  • PO/Invoicing software experience (Yardi and Oracle preferred).
  • Adaptability, independent work style, and self‑starter attitude.
