About the Role:
As a part-time Roster Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining staffing rosters across our hospitality, care centres and laundry operations. Reporting to the Team Leader Rostering, you will play a key role in ensuring our workforce is scheduled effectively to meet operational needs. This position requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
A positive, professional and approachable manner is essential, as you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Work alongside colleagues to generate fortnightly rosters across each facility/area.
- Revise schedules to address unforeseen staff vacancies and arrange replacement.
- Daily adjustments to schedules to accommodate any overnight or weekend changes.
- Maintain up to date information on staffing availability and individual work patterns.
- Perform various other administrative tasks.

Key
Role Requirements:
- Experience working an aged care environment (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated previous experience with rostering (essential).
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products.
- High level attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work adaptively and collaboratively as a Roster Coordinator and with the wider team.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
