Used Automotive Technician - Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet

Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet has been growing in leaps and bounds – now is the time to join! We are seeking a Used Automotive Technician to join our service team. Our service department has an abundance of billable hours so there is no shortage of work! Working as our Used Automotive Technician, you would be performing a variety of tasks, but your main focus would be diagnostics and repair.

The ideal candidate would have prior used automotive dealership experience with Chevrolet certifications.

• Automotive diagnostics and inspections.
• Conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts.
• Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
• Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• 1-3 years of automotive repair/diagnostic experience
• GM Certified.
• Driver’s License.
• Personal Tools.
