Royal Moore Mazda Buick GMC Service Department is a well-established automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and listening to their service requests and concerns.
• Conducting a thorough vehicle inspection and documenting issues accurately.
• Communicating recommended services, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
• Assisting customers in making informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Coordinating service appointments and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Providing exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the service process.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in explaining technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
