As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. You'll help customers understand service recommendations, coordinate repairs, and ensure a seamless service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Review completed work and invoices with customers
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores and retention
• Follow dealership processes and manufacturer standards
• Assist in achieving department sales and service goals

• Expected earnings: $5,000 - $8,000+ per month (commission-based compensation)

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
