What You Will Do:
- Diagnose, inspect, and repair a broad range of automotive systems, bringing sound judgment and attention to detail to every service visit.
- Perform preventive maintenance, oil changes, brake service, suspension repairs, and general automotive maintenance that helps customers protect their vehicles.
- Identify concerns with electrical systems, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic components while following effective repair procedures.
- Complete quality control inspections and safety checks to ensure repairs meet high standards before vehicles are returned to customers.
- Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop resources responsibly while maintaining an organized, safe, and productive work area.
- Support automotive and fleet maintenance needs with dependable workmanship, clear communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
What You Will Bring:
- You have practical experience in automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, or auto service and can confidently perform routine and advanced repairs.
- You understand brake systems, suspension systems, oil changing procedures, and preventive maintenance practices that promote vehicle safety and reliability.
- You can diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- You take ownership of quality control, inspections, and accurate repair work because you care about doing the job right the first time.
- You bring a reliable, team-oriented attitude and can work effectively in an in-person repair shop environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Excellence, ASE, certification is highly valued and demonstrates your commitment to professional automotive service standards.
- Experience with fleet maintenance, commercial vehicles, welding, or HVAC repair will help you contribute across a wider variety of service needs.
- A Class A CDL or commercial driver’s license is a plus for candidates who may support commercial or fleet-related work.
Pay and Time Off:
- Earn an annual salary of $47,300 to $110,000, reflecting your experience, technical knowledge, productivity, and ability to deliver exceptional automotive repair.
