Job Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Order business cards and maintain company directory updates.
- Coordinate team lunches (end‑of‑month and birthday events).
- Staff support duty including all three dealerships in Hillsboro.
- Enter and maintain new vehicle inventory records.
- Process used vehicle purchases.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory data across systems.
- Maintain and update internal schedules (65 & 69 reports via CTRL).
- Support general system updates and data accuracy.
