Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, building long-term relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, networking, preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts with clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on market trends to identify business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hillsboro, OR.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales:
    Proven ability to drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning:
    Skilled in analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and devising strategies for business expansion.
  • Interpersonal and Communication

    Skills:

    Strong abilities in networking, presentation, and client communication with a focus on building relationships and resolving client needs.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    Experience working in team-oriented environments and participating in collaborative initiatives. Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Qualifications and Proficiency:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related industry is advantageous.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
