Sr. Third Party Lending Program Support Specialist

The Sr. Third Party Lending Program Support Specialist supports the execution of strategic initiatives across Business Support functions by leading cross‑functional programs, driving process improvements, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and providing operational insights. This role serves as a key partner to Business Support leadership, ensuring initiatives are effectively planned, monitored, and executed while supporting operational excellence, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that support operational efficiency, consistency, scalability, and service excellence across Business Support functions.
• Manage complex cross‑functional programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and desired business outcomes.
• Partner with Business Support leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and support the design, implementation, and standardisation of operational processes.
• Develop and maintain governance routines, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics to monitor program effectiveness and operational results.
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, operational teams, technology partners, and third‑party vendors to support service delivery objectives.
• Analyze business processes, operational performance, and emerging trends to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support vendor and partner management activities through performance monitoring, issue resolution coordination, reporting, and operational oversight.
• Coordinate business requirements, testing, implementation activities, and change management efforts associated with system enhancements, platform updates, and new initiatives.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to leadership through the development of business cases, operational assessments, and data‑driven insights.
• Ensure project and program activities adhere to organisational policies, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and established governance frameworks.
• Develop communications, presentations, status updates, and executive‑level reporting for leadership and stakeholder audiences.
• Serve as a liaison across business units to drive alignment, facilitate decision‑making, remove barriers, and support successful execution of strategic priorities.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, capacity forecasting, and operational planning activities through analysis and reporting.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance employee, partner, and member experiences through process optimisation, technology enablement, and operational improvements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives in a financial service or similarly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and support functions.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, process improvement methodologies, and business process management principles.
• Experience leveraging data, metrics, and performance reporting to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support business recommendations.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across all organisational levels.
