Electrical Construction Estimator

Job Details

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year.

Position is fully onsite in our office and includes structured career growth.

Projects range up to $10M each.

This role is hosted by:
John Ikariyama.

• Prepare detailed bids, estimates, takeoffs, pricing, and proposals for electrical construction projects.
• Analyze plans, specifications, scopes, contracts, schedules, drawings, and budgets; evaluate risks and market conditions; follow estimating procedures and handoff to project teams.
• Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and material relationships and quotation management; participate in project and team meetings.

• Base salary of $95K-$110K based on experience.

• 2+ years of experience as an estimator on electrical construction projects with computerized estimating software.
• Prefer project experience on commercial, industrial, datacenter, or high‑tech facilities.
• Skilled in attention to detail, communication, and project financials.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
