Placed Recruitment is partnering with a leading national General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Boardman, Oregon
.

This position is suited to a proven construction leader with significant experience delivering large-scale, ground-up data centre projects. Candidates can be based locally, relocate to Oregon, or currently operate as a travelling construction professional.

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale data centre construction project
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and key project stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, change management and project controls
• Coordinate closely with field leadership, design teams and ownership
• Manage subcontractor performance, buyout and contract administration
• Identify project risks and drive solutions to maintain the schedule and budget
• Lead client communication and project reporting
• Ensure successful project delivery from construction through closeout

• Proven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
• Data centre construction experience is required
• Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, contracts and subcontractor management
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams
• Ability to work on-site in Boardman, Oregon
• Open to relocation or project travel where required
