Job Responsibilities
* Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
* Drive the sales of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
* Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
* Keep customers informed of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
* Ensure customers have positive dealership experience
