Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.
Internal growth opportunities are available for driven and sales-minded candidates.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
