- $55 - $61 per hour
This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $61 per hour. We value your expertise and aim to provide fair compensation for your skills and dedication.
Shift & ScheduleJob Schedule Details
Work Days:
Monday and Tuesday (2 days per week)
Shift Duration: 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (1 hour)
Requirements- License & Certification:
Licensed dental hygienist - Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft software for dental procedures is required.
- Experience in performing dental hygiene procedures such as cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
- Certification in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Analgesia is preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols must be followed.
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the dental team.
- Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate patient records.
- Ability to work well within a team atmosphere and contribute to a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial oral screenings and assess patients' oral health.
- Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque and tartar.
- Apply preventive treatments such as sealants and fluorides.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
- Take and develop dental X-rays.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
