Adelphi is seeking School Psychologists to provide in‑person school‑based psychological services for students within school districts located in the North Coast / Northwest Oregon region. The School Psychologist will support student success through evaluations, behavioral assessments, crisis planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration in accordance with district requirements and applicable state and federal regulations. Hybrid candidates may be considered if able to complete in‑person student testing and observations.

Flexible FTE opportunities ranging from part‑time to full‑time combinations across districts - Compensation: $70 per hour
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Experience conducting psycho educational evaluations and behavioral assessments in school settings.
- Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, manifestation determination procedures, and special education eligibility processes.
- Experience with PSW (Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses) model for SLD identification preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to participate effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams.
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations for special education eligibility determination.
- Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and assist in the development of behavioral intervention recommendations.
- Participate in manifestation determination reviews and crisis planning activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Special Education staff, Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs), ASD Consultants, teachers and administrators.
- Support ASD evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary assessment team.
- Interpret assessment data and prepare written evaluation reports in compliance with district, state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student supports, accommodations and interventions.
- Consult with educators, families and staff regarding academic, behavioral, social‑emotional and mental health concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, records and compliance reporting.
- Support positive student outcomes through evidence‑based practices and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA, IDEA and all applicable Oregon educational regulations.
- Travel between assigned school sites as required.
