Position Title: NCCO TRAINER - Lead and direct New Contractor/New Employee orientation classes!
Responsibilities:
- Conducts group training courses related to manufacturing safety, clean room protocols, etc. for employees
- Maintains tracking and storage of required training session documentation and equipment
- Evaluates the effectiveness and suggest enhancements to current training programs
- Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed
- Completes or supports the development of new course materials
- Understanding of adult learning theory is a benefit
- Understanding of instructional methodology
- Advanced presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
- 3 to + years of experience required
- Experience leading and teaching classes of adult students
- OSHA training or exposure is ideal
- Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
- Education/ Experience
- High school or GED equivalent education
- 2 years of administrative assistance experience
- Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Have working knowledge of office personal computer applications.
