Electrical Designer – Intermediate Level

Job Overview

Intermediate Electrical Designer – Tool Installation team supporting semiconductor manufacturing projects. Hybrid role with periodic travel to client sites for field surveys and walkthroughs.

Pay: $25.00–$40.87 per hour DOE.

• Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD – including one‑line diagrams, riser diagrams, and electrical plan view drawings.
• Design electrical power, life safety, and telecommunications services to manufacturing tools using appropriate design criteria.
• Coordinate directly with engineers and package design leads to balance workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Contribute to a multi‑discipline team focused on semiconductor tool installation projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of AutoCAD experience.
• Proficiency in electrical design and layout – one‑line diagrams, riser diagrams, and electrical plan views.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and self‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; fully authorized to work in the U.S.

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field – electrician, instrumentation & controls, or construction.
• Exposure to National Electrical Code (NFPA 70/NEC).
• Experience in semiconductor or similar industrial facilities.
