Job Title: Electromechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our team. The role involves building prototype and production systems, troubleshooting electromechanical products, and collaborating with engineers to test thermal devices used in semiconductor manufacturing.

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to build prototype and production systems.

• Assemble and troubleshoot electromechanical products using hand tools, test equipment, and technical drawings.

• Collaborate with engineers to fabricate and test thermal devices used in semiconductor manufacturing.

• Support the creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and documentation for new and modified designs.

• Assist in setup and execution of tests and experiments for validation and performance assessment.

• Convert design concepts into working assemblies with high precision and attention to detail.

• Support continuous improvement of processes and tooling used in system builds.

• Associate degree in a technical discipline OR 3–5 years of relevant experience in electromechanical assembly or testing.

• Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and electrical wiring.

• Familiarity with thermal systems, sensors, or controls is a plus.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills.

• Experience working in an industrial setting.

• Energetic with good problem-solving skills.

Work onsite at the Yarborough Technology Center. The role requires a self-starter who can navigate growth mode and work within some ambiguity. Initial travel to our Mexico facility will be needed 25% of the first couple of months for training. Candidates need to be proactive, able to find projects to work on independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $33.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hillsboro,OR.
