Identify risks and opportunities in the strategic roadmap, collaborating with partners to quantify impacts and develop solutions.
  • Present and secure ratification of strategic recommendations to senior leadership through data-driven analysis and clear business impact assessment.
  • Technical Leadership and Influence
  • Understand Intel's technical roadmap and position the substrate capacity network to meet Intel's needs. Educate and influence product designers and senior leaders on the impact of product design/roadmap decisions on sourcing, manufacturing, and availability risks.

  • Monitor project performance against schedule and assess sub-project dependencies such as demand changes, process/yield readiness, and product timing. Adjust strategy to ensure alignment with the overall objectives.
  • Maintaining accountability, anticipates and communicates availability risks with timeliness and drives mitigating strategies with key stakeholders and often senior leadership to ensure supply commitments.
Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and educate senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
