• Enable customer success by providing high quality measurements and reducing measurement variability.
• Use analytical skills to troubleshoot issues based on metrology results.
• Document results and make presentations on all aspects of products.
• Develop models for advanced films and optical CD measurements in semiconductor manufacturing and development, primarily using optical spectroscopy including spectroscopic ellipsometry.
• Assist sales and marketing staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional organizations including engineering, service, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
• Conduct new product introduction projects.
• Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; lead and coordinate remote/local troubleshooting.
• Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.

Master’s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience;
Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Base Pay Range: $83,100.00 - $ Annually
