Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Device Engineer to join our Customer Engineering team within MDCE. This role is critical to Intel's foundry success, serving as the bridge between our advanced manufacturing capabilities and customer needs. You'll work directly with foundry customers to ensure seamless technology integration while maintaining Intel's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate cross‑functional device engineering teams to deliver silicon manufacturing solutions aligned with Intel's PDK specifications
- Manage change processes within device engineering and ensure timely customer reporting
- Collaborate with technology development teams to meet milestones and support customers throughout development cycles
- Guide customers through early project phases and technology adoption
- Develop innovative solutions across multifunctional teams beyond traditional device applications
- Foster strong customer relationships throughout product life cycles

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM major
- 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with experience in any of the following:
- Analytic skill (data query, cleaning/sanity check, preparation, data analysis/statistical method, visualization, drawing conclusion)
- Wafer fab environment on Semiconductors, Device and Yield Analysis tools
- Process impacts to device, while understanding relevant interactions beyond devices.
- Ph.D. Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in:
- 300mm startup and ramp of advanced logic process technologies; experience in an entire foundry technology cycle
- Semiconductor devices beyond digital application.
- Working with computer tools for Semiconductors, Process Engineering knowledge, Process Control, device knowledge, materials analysis techniques.
- Continuous improvement projects at module level to improve process to give reliable, high‑yielding, cost‑effective products.
