* Key Responsibilities:

* + Design, develop, and optimize advanced manufacturing processes, including material selection, parameter tuning, equipment metrology, and system design

+ Conduct feasibility studies and pathfinding activities to support innovative device architectures and manufacturing roadmaps

+ Implement modifications to operating equipment to increase efficiency and optimize production output

+ Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to establish and integrate enabling technology solutions

+ Perform process technology feasibility using theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods

+ Maintain awareness of industry trends and technical advancements to align development efforts with evolving semiconductor needs

+ Develop cost-effective technology roadmaps in partnership with key stakeholders and suppliers

* Qualifications:

* Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering with at least 6+ months experience in semiconductor relevant fields (such as Thin Films Deposition, Ion Implantation, Thermal Annealing, Etch Processing)

*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + 2+ years of technical experience in semiconductor processing and semiconductor materials and characterization

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

+ Enthusiasm for advancing Intel's strategic goals and driving innovations in the semiconductor industry

+ Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) principles, and process characterization
