• Engage with customers, sales teams, factory/product/supply chain/quality teams as guided.
• Execute CQE responsibilities defined by CQE Policy documents, Entegris business processes, account-specific support plans, and CQE management directives.
• Support the Materials Solutions Division in problem solving, change management, customer and internal audits, project development, product support, and development programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across product lines, regions, and companies (customers and suppliers) to align on Entegris and customer goals.
• Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork, exemplifying Entegris PACE values.
• Provide support for documentation such as business process documents, item tracking, performance reporting, and continuous improvement project management.

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in quality, process, equipment, or materials—preferably in semiconductor manufacturing, but other manufacturing industries are considered.
• Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers, including escalation.
• Project management experience focused on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.
• Proficiency with quality tools such as Pareto analysis, FMEA, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause-and-effect diagrams, and 8D problem‑solving methodology.
• Flexibility to work non‑standard hours, alternate work shifts, and the ability to travel 10%–50% domestically and internationally.
• Experience communicating with and supporting North America‑based manufacturing facilities and Asia‑based support teams and customers.

• Experience remotely collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in virtual meetings.
