Senior Structural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Designer to support the design and development of industrial, manufacturing, and high‑tech facility projects. This role will lead structural design efforts, coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables, and develop construction documents while working closely with engineers, architects, and project teams.

Pay: $31.73- $43.65 per hour DOE

• Extensive experience with structural design, drafting, and modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience utilizing Navisworks and Bluebeam for model review and coordination
• Strong understanding of structural systems, codes, standards, and industry best practices
• Ability to lead design efforts and mentor junior designers
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects

• Develop and coordinate structural models, drawings, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details
• Lead design efforts for systems, buildings, or project areas
• Perform code research and coordinate with engineers and project stakeholders
• Resolve design conflicts and coordinate across disciplines
• Conduct field surveys and existing conditions assessments
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Provide technical guidance to junior designers and engineers
• Support project planning, scheduling, and labor estimates
