A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking a Project Manager, Project Portfolio Strategy & Delivery to support a growing Drug Product manufacturing site. This facility supports Component Preparation & Compounding, Liquid/Lyophilized Filling, Automated & Manual Inspection, Packaging, Finished Products, and Distribution operations

This role will support optimization of existing processes and implementation of new capabilities and technologies while driving successful project delivery across the site portfolio

• sAssist in planning and execution of projects from initiation through delivery
• .Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful completion of projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule
• .Support evaluation of business needs and vendor proposals
• .Enable delivery of strategic site portfolio projects and programs
• .Develop project scopes, timelines, resource plans, and budgets
• .Monitor project health and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues
• .Ensure projects achieve intended business objectives and benefits
• .Support implementation of project management best practices across diverse project types, including CAPEX, sustainability, refurbishment, innovation, and operational improvement initiatives
• .Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, technical operations, and corporate stakeholders
• .Lead project meetings, workshops, assessments, and strategic initiatives
• .Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates
• .Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout project execution

• sBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Facilities, Mechanical, Process, Industrial), Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• .Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• .Experience working in GMP-regulated environments
• .Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects of varying complexity
• .Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• .Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources

• sPMP certification or equivalent Project Management certification
• .Advanced degree in a related discipline
• .Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical operations, engineering, facilities, automation, validation, or CAPEX projects
• .Knowledge of engineering principles and facility operations
• .Experience with in FDA-regulated manufacturing, hospital, or cleanroom environments
• .Strong portfolio management, risk management, and strategic planning capabilities
