Mask Operations Module Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Engineer to join our team-oriented environment as a Mask Operations Module Engineer. This role offers primary ownership of our production mask repair module performance at the factory level, providing an excellent work-life balance while contributing to critical manufacturing operations.

• Provide guidance to MMTs to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques and respond to requests or events as they occur.
• Be the expert on the various mask repair module tools, be trained and certified on them to execute complicated repairs.
• Provide timely repair assessments and recommend creation of backup lots to minimize customer mask delivery delay.
• Develop repair strategies ensuring that they are executed in a timely manner.
• Own shift repair module MMT training/certifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related STEM degree with 1+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mask repair.
• Ability to handle pressure and time in a sensitive 7X24 manufacturing environment.
• Able to multi‑task, communicate, and provide clear decision‑making skills in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Customer oriented.
