Process Support Engineer - Etch

Location:

• Provide high‑visibility customer support through on‑site installations, diagnoses, service, and repair of complex systems and equipment.
• Serve as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
• Work with customers to optimize tool performance to meet process and integration requirements.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
• Analyze data using statistical methods, compile reports, and present conclusions on process engineering experiments.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
• Collaborate with R&D teams and engineering professionals to develop leading‑edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
• Work across technologies such as Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, and Implant.

• Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or similar high‑tech industry.
• Preferred 3+ years in Applications or Process Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field.
• Etch or process background preferred.
• Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies.

Travel:
