Design and engineer transformers and custom magnetics, including preparing manufacturing documentation and drawings. Responsible for product design of single and three‑phase transformers ranging from 1 KVA to 1,500 KVA. Design both air‑cooled and encapsulated transformer products, and custom transformers for OEM applications.
Responsibilities- Design and engineer transformers and custom magnetics, including preparing manufacturing documentation and drawings.
- Product design in single and three‑phase transformers between 1 KVA and 1,500 KVA.
- Design of both air‑cooled and encapsulated transformer products.
- Design custom transformers for OEM applications.
- Have 2–5 years of professional experience with the design of transformers.
- Well versed in all aspects of manufacturing of transformers.
- Ability to perform testing.
- Ability to read and develop production documents.
- Must fully understand the fundamental and mechanical principals.
