We are hiring 2 Mechanical Design Technicians to support engineering and design projects for a leading high-tech/semiconductor environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Revit, AutoCAD, and mechanical/process piping design experience who enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain high-quality 2D drawings and Revit models in accordance with site standards.
• Prepare mechanical design packages including:
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Flow Diagrams
• Hook-up Drawings
• Isometric Drawings
• Verify existing field conditions through regular site visits and incorporate as-built changes into design documentation.
• Design and draft process systems including HVAC
  , Hydronics, Fire Protection, gas-side, and water-side systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, construction teams, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Support drawing reviews, vendor submittals, engineering documentation, and design quality control.
• Participate in code reviews, design meetings, punch-list walks, and construction support activities.
• Assist with design changes, cost reduction initiatives, and manufacturability improvements.
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–15 years of progressive CAD drafting/design experience in mechanical or process systems.
• Extensive experience with:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• Strong experience creating:
• P&IDs
• Experience in semiconductor, industrial manufacturing, or other high-tech facilities
  .
• Solid understanding of engineering codes, standards, and mechanical design principles.
• Ability to perform field walks, site verification, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on active construction sites.
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand or sit for extended periods, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 25 lbs
