TOK America, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to design, develop, and optimize wet chemical and manufacturing processes within the R&D department. You will safely conduct tests on prototypes, development samples, and raw materials in lab and clean room environments while adhering to SOPs and company policies.
Collaborate with TOK-Japan, TOW-Taiwan, and TOW-AM to scale lab prototypes to mid/high volume manufacturing, document outcomes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
