Job Overview

Open Box Office Operations – sell tickets at each event, manage cash and online ticketing, coordinate event details with the Theater Manager, and support promotions and marketing. Regular weekly hours up to 19.5 per week, with frequent evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Open the box office and sell tickets at each event; maintain regular weekly hours (up to 19.5 hours).
  • Manage cash and online ticketing processes.
  • Coordinate event details with the Theater Manager.
  • Write and post updates on social media; create and manage promotional materials and marketing.
  • Manage email lists for PACE.
  • Assist the Theater Manager with audio/video recordings and event setup.
  • Perform other duties of the same level and type as assigned.
  • Work frequent evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications
  • Friendly demeanor and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Audio/Visual experience a plus.
Compensation & Status
  • Hourly Wage:
    Minimum wage.
