Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform data manipulation, validation and analysis activities to improve efficiencies and identify opportunities in product profitability and performance
- Analyze product strategies to support profitability and business plan goals
- Coordinate and organize projects and processes that deliver business plan goals
- Build and maintain cash flow and other financial models, providing analysis and insights as required
- Assist with the building and mapping of databases related to loan purchase programs
- Prepare, deliver and/or present reports, analyses and results for senior leadership, committees, andother business units
- Draft and maintain documentation of procedures for producing reports
- Minimum Education
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred - Minimum 3 years' experience in a data analyst role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of financial statements, fixed income securities, total return concepts, economic data and the impact to capital markets
- Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-volume peaks while producing high-quality work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically to all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with a data visualization/dashboarding tool (such as Tableau) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of analytical/quantitative tools and databases (such as SQL, SAS, Python, R)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Excel

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $70,800 - $81,458 + annual bonus Benefits options include:
