. This position is perfect for an accomplished advisor who has successfully established a personal practice and is eager to embrace a leadership role that emphasizes both personal and team development.
As the Director, your main responsibilities will include building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors dedicated to elevating their practices. While continuing your own client engagements, you will also focus on recruiting and mentoring fellow advisors, fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the firm’s future growth.
You will have the backing of a firm with over 175 years of remarkable history while enjoying the flexibility to expand your practice and cultivate a leadership style aligned with your vision.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a steadily growing personal practice
- Active Life and Health License required
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
- Proven success in client development, planning, and relationship management
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term growth
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Certified Financial Planner designation preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
