Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant (Part‑time, 20 hours per week) at U.S. Bank, located at 1661 NE Cornell Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, educating customers on banking products, and providing optimal client experience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities- Build and foster relationships with clients via in‑person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing account information.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.
- Proactively reach out and follow up, asking questions to learn about financial needs and channel preferences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Provide consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products.
- Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Strong engagement and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Experience with digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to explore and identify customers’ true needs while adopting a digital‑first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in making appropriate recommendations for both reactive and proactive needs.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish encouraged.
Requires working from a U.S. Bank location on all workdays. Full time:
Part‑time (20 hrs/week).

Pay Range: $21.68 – $26.50 per hour. The actual range may differ based on location.
