• You hold and maintain a current Cosmetology/Barber license
• You are capable of leading the salon team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon volume
• You can manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior, safety, customer appointments, and customer feedback
• You can schedule receptionists and hairstylists to ensure adequate coverage for the customers and for the salon
• You can manage recruiting efforts that meet mandatory licensing and Pigtails & Crewcuts requirements
• You are capable of monitoring salon supplies, retail, and equipment including ordering new stock as needed
• You would ensure that the salon is clean, well-maintained, and ready to pass the Pigtails & Crewcuts quality assurance program
• You are passionate in delivering the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience
• You are a professional, warm, caring, honest, and a positive thinker
