Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) | Hillsboro, OR
We’re seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel contract assignment in Hillsboro, Oregon
. This position offers the opportunity to help patients regain independence and function while working in a collaborative rehab setting.
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 13-week contract
Hours: 36 hours per week
RequirementsActive Occupational Therapist License (Oregon)
Current BLS certification
New graduates are welcome to apply
SNF experience preferred
Negative Covid test required within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours prior to start date
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Deliver therapy interventions to restore independence in daily living
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality care
