• 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
• Own a smartphone
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
• Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

• Age 18 or older with at least one year of care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Possession of a smartphone.
• Legal U.S. work authorization and a clean background check.
