My support focuses on encouraging communication, both verbal and non-verbal, and providing basic assistance with daily tasks such as toileting, bathing, dressing, cueing, and reminders. I benefit from a kind, patient caregiver who can support emotional regulation, safety awareness, and appropriate social interactions, while helping me explore what brings me joy and motivation in life.

What You’ll Do- Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, you’ll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
- Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them.
- Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues to empower members to grow and thrive.
- Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.

- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
- Age 18 or older with at least one year of care experience.
