Align & Shine Chiropractic is on the lookout for a warm, skilled, and motivatedLicensed Massage Therapist (LMT)to join our wellness-focused practice in Hillsboro.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Chiropractic Physician to provide personalized therapeutic care, using techniques like deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Experience with methods like strain-counterstrain, craniosacral, prenatal care, etc. is a plus!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques (e.g., deep tissue, trigger point therapy) to alleviate pain and promote recovery.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy to address patient health concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to state regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including the Chiropractic Physician, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Punctuality and reliability are critical in maintaining the flow and quality of care for our patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Massage Therapists.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse patient population.
• Demonstrate professionalism, work ethic, and reliability.
• Training or experience with techniques like strain-counterstrain, myofascial release, Bowen therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and craniosacral therapy is a plus
• Credentialed with commercial insurances is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Tuesday through Friday schedule.
