Summary

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our “HR Connect” team. HR Connect is the company's centralized HR shared services organization that provides our employees and managers with HR transactional and inquiry support on a myriad of HR topics, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support new employee onboarding activities
  • Support global mobility program
  • Responding to inquiries from employees, managers, HR customers, and external vendors
  • Performing data entry to HR systems (including SAP Success Factors)
  • Data entering information to vendor systems
  • Participating in creation and maintenance of process documentation
  • Supporting and participating as a project team member in ongoing implementation and continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or HR
  • Proven track record of providing exemplary customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong focus on continuous process improvement
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Work experience in an HR shared services model
  • Proficiency utilizing ticketing systems such as Service Now
  • Proficiency utilizing HR systems such as SAP Success Factors
Work Environment
  • This is a hybrid position where the expectation is to be onsite 3 days a week.
