This position requires the candidate to be on-site at their Hillsboro, OR location.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support a growing workforce. This role will partner closely with leadership on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR program administration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable balancing strategic HR initiatives with daily employee support. Responsibilities are aligned with typical HR Manager functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
- Lead and support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce data for leadership review.
- Assist with compensation reviews and workforce planning efforts.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across the organization. Responsibilities reflect common HR Manager duties such as overseeing recruiting, employee relations, compliance, HR programs, and advising leaders on workforce issues.
- Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience handling employee relations and compliance matters.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus. Typical HR Manager backgrounds include a bachelor''s degree and several years of progressive HR experience.
