Technical Recruiter

Retronix Semiconductor is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support U.S. hiring across its semiconductor operations from Hillsboro, Oregon. This 9-month contract role focuses on moving candidates from initial sourcing through interview coordination, selection, and onboarding for needs spanning technical career levels.

You will work with hiring managers and HR to advance recruitment requirements and internal promotion processes while building strong candidate relationships throughout the full recruiting cycle.

• Support recruitment assignments across Retronix Semiconductor’s U.S. operations, sourcing candidates ranging from entry-level technicians to world-class technical professionals supporting semiconductor equipment and device manufacturing.
• Network confidently and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, managing recruitment activity from initial sourcing through successful hire and onboarding

• Coordinate and schedule client and hiring manager interviews

• Manage the candidate hiring and onboarding process from initial engagement through to the start date

• Direct sourcing and recruiting experience
  , ideally within semiconductor cleanroom technology
  .
• Recruiting experience in other technical industries such as high-tech manufacturing
  , pharmaceutical manufacturing
  , general manufacturing
  , aerospace
  , or other technology-focused environments.
• Experience using online candidate sourcing tools and platforms, including Linked In
  , social media, and online databases.
• Ability to create targeted candidate mailshots and sourcing campaigns using candidate management systems
  .
• Experience working with hiring managers and HR to manage recruitment requirements and internal promotion processes.
• Experience managing candidate and resume databases, including adding new candidates and reviewing existing talent pools for suitability and availability.
• Ability to pre-screen candidates against current customer and business requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications

• Excellent communication and people skills, including confidence proactively reaching out to prospective candidates by phone and engaging them.
