Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist

Own end-to-end hiring and onboarding while driving workforce development, training effectiveness, and talent planning for a manufacturing organization in Hillsboro, Oregon.

• Support initiatives across talent acquisition and onboarding, curriculum development and facilitation, succession planning, talent reviews, and manager and employee development.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including developing recruiting strategies and enabling a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Identify organizational training and skill-development needs; define learning objectives and build course content.
• Facilitate training across employees at all levels.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using results and feedback, then recommend improvements based on data and metrics.
• Support career development programs and partner with HR leadership to identify critical roles.
• Coordinate talent review discussions that track development actions and align with organizational needs.
• Provide tools and resources that strengthen communication and help manage talent programs from implementation through completion.

• Associate’s degree required
  ; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee training, and development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  .
• Experience with HRIS or other HR technology systems is preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience required
  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and projects with professionalism and poise.
  
  Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, or other HR technology platforms will help you stand out.
