Duration: 12-month contract (possibility of extension)
We’re looking for an ITOT Infrastructure / IT Support Engineer to support a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project. This is a great opportunity for early-career IT professionals who enjoy hands-on support in fast-paced, production environments.
- Provide IT and application support for MES during and after go-live
- Troubleshoot system, application, and user issues (L1/L2 support)
- Monitor system health and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, and Project teams
- Support software testing, validation, and defect tracking
- Ensure systems meet operational and industry standards
- Document issues, fixes, and process improvements
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Application Support, or Infrastructure Support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or production systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite and support critical go-live timelines
- ✨
Experience with
MES or manufacturing environments - ✨ Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems
- ✨ Understanding of ITOT / Operational Technology environments
