Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist who takes ownership of execution and thrives in structured, performance-driven environments. This role is responsible for launching and operationalizing performance and partner marketing programs—ensuring accurate tracking, clean data, and consistent lead flow from day one.
You’ll work closely with senior marketing leadership to build and maintain scalable systems, identify issues early, and drive operational efficiency across our digital marketing efforts. This is an ideal role for someone who values precision, accountability, and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced marketing organization.
Location: Hillsboro, OR (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am –5pm
Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 Hourly
Core Responsibilities- Onboard and launch new affiliate and marketing partners from kickoff through handoff
- Manage multiple partner onboarding cycles simultaneously, ensuring clear milestones and documentation
- Monitor lead flow, tracking, and conversion performance across platforms
- Identify and resolve data anomalies, tracking issues, or performance drops before escalation
- Maintain and improve SOPs, onboarding documentation, and internal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth launches and ongoing optimization
- Support digital marketing leadership with reporting, insights, and operational execution
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or performance marketing
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing, lead generation, or paid media ecosystems
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and conversion tracking
- Experience onboarding or managing multiple marketing partners or accounts at once
- Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, data cleanup, reporting)
- CRM or lead management platforms
- Call tracking, form tracking, or attribution tools
- Ability to manage 3–5-month onboarding cycles with clear timelines and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for data accuracy and performance trends
- Proven ability to follow systems while continuously improving them
