Network Administrator – Lead I – Cloud Infrastructure Services
UST is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to design, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data center, cloud, and office environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, security, scalability, and performance while supporting business-critical operations and enterprise connectivity.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and data center network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
- Implement network security policies, access controls, segmentation, and firewall rules.
- Manage network upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
- Support routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and QoS.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal IT teams for incident resolution and project execution.
- Maintain network monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Strong experience in enterprise network administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands‑on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, or equivalent networking technologies.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security.
- Experience with firewall management, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access solutions.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as Solar Winds, PRTG, or Wireshark. - Knowledge of wireless networking technologies and enterprise Wi‑Fi deployments.
- Experience with cloud networking concepts in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Desired skills: SD‑WAN, network automation, scripting tools such as Python or Ansible;
Zero Trust architecture; cybersecurity best practices; data center operations; structured cabling standards; ITIL processes; enterprise change management. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in network administration and enterprise infrastructure support.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, Palo Alto PCCSA/PCNSA, or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range: $65,000 – $98,000
BenefitsFull‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
