Process Integration and Yield Technician

Logic Technology Development (LTD) is seeking an experienced Process Integration and Yield Technician to support engineering in route creation, modification, and troubleshooting of material flow through our factory using in‑house software.

• Assist engineering in collecting, recording, and analyzing data during development of next‑generation technology.
• Use database report analysis to support route modification and out‑of‑control material disposition.
• Participate in the execution of experiments during development, applying science, mathematics, and engineering to a range of problems.
• Work in a lab environment as required.
• Operate in a compressed work‑week schedule: three 12‑hour days consecutively, plus one additional day every other week.
• Lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Periodically gown up for wafer movement activities in the factory.
• Demonstrate effective communication, flexibility within a diverse team, multitasking, critical thinking, analytical problem‑solving, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

• Associate’s degree in STEM (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or Information Technology/Systems) plus two years of industry experience.
• or Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Information Technology/Systems) with relevant experience.

• Coding skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

Annual Salary Range (US): $60,450.00 – $99,770.00 USD (Hourly Role).

Hybrid work model allowing split time between on‑site and off‑site work.
