Data Center Technician L2:

How You Will Make a Difference:

* Support installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and cabling

* Use command-line tools on Linux and client-specific systems for diagnostics and management

* Provide first-level triage and support debugging IT hardware issues

* Manage server repair queue, execute hardware repairs, and supervise custom builds/reworks

* Coordinate with partner teams and support vendor visits on-site

What You Will Need to Succeed:

* 2+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration

* Knowledge of PC and server hardware

* Proficient with Linux command line and common UNIX tools

* Strong communication skills and ability to switch between technical and interpersonal tasks

* Physically capable of lifting/moving 50+ pounds; self-motivated with a detail-oriented mindset
